Hey everyone!! This wedding is just… beyond words. I’ve spent hours sorting through them to find the perfect ones to post… just too many that I loved, and I couldn’t narrow them down. The colors were gorgeous, the theme, vintage grey and yellow. Jaclyn and Evan are two of the happiest people I’ve met, sweet, thoughtful and so friendly. Jaclyn knew what she wanted and she made my job easy – to capture all the beauty of the gorgeous wedding she planned! Here’s a few details from her about her wedding day.

Did you make all your centerpieces? I Put together everything with the help of my mom and bridesmaids. It took a year to collect everything!

Where did you get the inspiration for your theme/colors/details? I knew I wanted yellow since it went so nicely with the  church and the reception venue and my sister suggested Grey to go with it. The theme just represented Evan and I very well—we both like simple things and we are very outdoorsy/rustic people.

What was your favorite memory from the day? My favorite memory of the day was riding in the carriage after the church. It gave Evan and I some alone time to just take it all in and be together.

If you could change one thing from the day, would you? I wish I would have been able to spend more time with all of our guests but other than that, there is nothing that I would have changed about our special day.

Where did you go on your honeymoon? We went to the Dominican Republic right the Monday after the wedding.

What is awesome about Rachel Lusky? Of course I will answer this! By the looks of the “sneak peek” of the pictures, you caught all of our special moments throughout the day. You were able to accommodate all my requests and I really appreciate that!

Emily & Peter got married on thundery May 27, a Sunday! It was a beautiful day full of lots of laughter and not a ton of stress… which is great with me Here’s just SOME of my favorites.. I had a hard time choosing this time as you’ll see in the post. Here’s a little more about their day as well, straight from the bride!

What was your favorite memory from the day? Toss up between when Peter and I first saw each other during the ceremony and our first dance.

If you could change one thing from the day, would you? Not at all!

Where did you go on your honeymoon? St. Martin – they are just getting back!

Molly’s mom, Jill, called me and told me how important it was to get pictures of Molly’s 1 year. We actually did it on her birthday! It was so sweet. She is a spunky cutie and we had a blast trying to get her to smile
